Purchased thru Amazon. Installation was easy . The problem is the fingerprint lock
Does not work . Going thru the directions and when done. It will open on any fingerprint. Removed batteries, reset fingerprint lock status and recorded new code and same problem consists. My 4 year old grand daughter opened when finger placed on fingerprint scanner. So what I’m saying is anyone can unlock with their fingerprint. What’s great about these Chinese products we purchase there is never any information on how to contact the company, but it says in directions contact if any problems. No company names on the manuals or directions only a model number. Then when you look up model number , no email to send to company .
Then you get to fill out this crap and I’m sure no one will respond! Poor response issues.

I apologize for the inconvenience. If the fingerprint lock opens with any fingerprint, it indicates that the fingerprint setup was not successful. Please refer to the setup video below; you must ensure the lock is in the locked state during setup, otherwise the process will fail.
