TUOJUE Lifetime Warranty Policy

Section 1. Lifetime Warranty

 

After 30 days from the date of purchase, TUOJUE (the "Company") warrants to the original consumer purchaser (the "Purchaser") that TUOJUE products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the product.

 

Section 2. Non-Transferable

 

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity.

 

Section 3. What Voids This Warranty

 

This warranty is void if the product has been damaged as a result of:

 

Misuse, abuse, or neglect;

Tampering, modification, or unauthorized service;

Accident;

Improper installation or use that violates the instructions furnished by the Company;

Intentional destruction of the product.

Section 4. Normal Wear and Tear

 

Normal wear and tear that occurs during everyday use — such as scratches in the paint, dents, and similar cosmetic blemishes — is not covered by this warranty.

 

Section 5. Company's Sole Obligation

 

The Company's sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, at the Company's sole discretion, any component that fails to conform to this warranty, at no cost to the Purchaser for the warranty period. Except as expressly set forth herein, the Company assumes no other obligation or liability.

 

Section 6. How to Obtain Warranty Service

 

To obtain service under this warranty, contact the Company directly at [cztuojue1@gmail.com/xs02@cztuojue.com]. If it becomes necessary to return a defective product to the Company. To receive warranty service, the Purchaser must provide the Company with:

 

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice);

A explanation of the defect.

Section 7. Unauthorized Returns

 

Products returned without prior Return Authorization may be refused, and the Company will not be responsible for their disposition or for the cost of returning them to the owner.

 

Section 8. Shipping

 

The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred in shipping.

 

Section 9. Limitation of Liability

 

Repair or replacement shall be the Purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR EXPENSES ARISING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF TUOJUE PRODUCTS. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

 

Section 10. Your Legal Rights

 

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

 

Section 11. Where You Purchased Your Product

 

Warranty claims for products not purchased directly from TUOJUE must be submitted to the original seller or authorized dealer from whom the product was purchased. If you purchased through a dealer, please review their warranty policy, as it may vary. If the product was purchased from a private individual, this warranty is automatically void.
