At TUOJUE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a straightforward return policy.

  1. Return Eligibility
    You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
    To be eligible for a return:
    The item must be in its original condition
    The item must be unused and undamaged
    All original parts and accessories must be included
    The product must be returned in its original packaging
    We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
  2. Reasons for Return
    (1) Defective or Incorrect Product
    If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
    We will cover the return shipping cost
    You are eligible for a full refund or replacement
    (2) Customer Error (Wrong Model / Change of Mind)
    If the return is due to:
    Ordering the wrong model
    Change of mind
    Then:
    The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost
    The item must meet all return eligibility requirements
  3. No Restocking Fee
    We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
