All orders are processed within 12–24 hours after payment is confirmed.
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday)
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on inventory availability and shipping origin:
(1) Orders Shipped from the U.S.
3–5 business days
(2) Orders Shipped from China
5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

4. Shipping Fees
Free shipping on all orders within the United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).
For international orders, shipping fees are not fixed — please contact our customer support for a shipping quote before placing your order

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become active

6. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

Carrier issues
Customs clearance (for international shipments)

7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Additional fees may apply for address corrections or reshipments
